Among them, 19 delegations included ministers and deputy ministers of culture.

Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine with UNESCO’s support, the Conference was a key step in implementing Ukraine's Internal Resilience Plan, unveiled in Parliament by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. One of its main pillars is “Cultural Sovereignty”.

The Conference resulted in the adoption of the “Declaration on Strengthening the Resilience of the Cultural Sector in Ukraine”. The document outlines joint efforts by Ukraine and international partners to protect cultural heritage and rebuild cultural infrastructure.
