“Easter Glade”, a celebration of Ukrainian traditions, will take place in Kyiv

On April 20, the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine invites everyone to join its spring event — Easter Glade.

This family-friendly celebration is a great way to experience Ukrainian traditions and enjoy the spirit of Easter.

After the church service, visitors can head to the museum’s Singing Field to watch performances of vesnianky and haivky — traditional spring songs and dances — by folk groups from the Kyiv and Sumy regions.

There will also be fun workshops where both kids and adults can try traditional games and dances that have been passed down through generations.

And don’t miss the craft fair, where you’ll find handmade items by local artisans — perfect for gifts or souvenirs.
