On 21 November at 14:00, the Ukrainian National Information Agency “Ukrinform” will host a Roundtable on State Language Issues dedicated to Children’s Protection Day.
The event, organized by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, aims to discuss the challenges and mechanisms for safeguarding children’s linguistic rights.
Participants will include:
- Tetyana Berezhna, Vice Prime Minister for Humanitarian Policy of Ukraine – Minister of Culture of Ukraine;
- Olena Ivanovska, Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language;
- Nadiia Leshchyk, Education Ombudsperson of Ukraine;
- representatives of ministries, state institutions, and civil society.
The discussion will focus on protecting children from the destructive informational and cultural influence of the aggressor state and on building linguistic resilience.
