18 January, a presentation of the project “Patterns of the world. The way of unification, socialization, and preservation of the Crimean Tatars’ ethnicity” will take place at 13.00. (Hall 1)

Participants: Emine Dzhaparova, the First Deputy Minister of information policy of Ukraine; Yevhen Nyshchuk, the Minister of culture of Ukraine; Victor Shutkevych, the Deputy Director of Swiss cooperation office in Ukraine, project coordinator; Esma Adzhieva, Advisor to the Minister of culture of Ukraine on Crimean issues, coordinator of the project “Patterns of the world”; Rustem Skibin, the head of NGO “El Cheber”, an artist.
Questions for discussion:
1. Creating workshops for preservation, revival, and development of culture, traditions, national color and identity of the Crimean Tatars, education and training new artists, preserving the common cultural space of the Crimea, support of professional, scientific, and creative communications.
2. Creating the collection of decorative arts of the Crimean Tatars (Crimean Tatar renovated women’s and men’s fashion, jewelry, unique Crimean Tatar embroidery, ceramics, metal products, household items).
In the framework of the press conference, the project “Patterns of the world” will be presented; it was implemented with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in Kyiv.
