On 10–11 July 2025, Rome will host the fourth Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2025), co-organized by Italy and Ukraine.
This event continues the series of high-level international conferences previously held in Lugano, London, and Berlin, aimed at supporting Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction.
The key objective of URC2025 is to raise awareness and mobilize further international support and investment for Ukraine’s recovery, reconstruction, reform, and modernization.
URC2025 will bring together international political leaders, representatives of international and financial institutions, the private sector, local and regional authorities, civil society, and the Ukrainian diaspora to discuss crucial issues related to Ukraine’s recovery and investment engagement.
The conference will focus on four thematic dimensions:
- Business Dimension — mobilizing the private sector for reconstruction and economic growth
- Human Dimension — social recovery and development of human capital for Ukraine’s future
- Local and Regional Dimension — recovery of communities and regions
- EU Dimension — EU accession and related reforms
Integral to URC2025 will be the Business Fair and the Recovery Forum. The conference will also feature Ukrainian cultural and exhibition projects, including The Little Prince, the UNESCO photo exhibition, and artistic installations from the DAKH exhibition — which represented Ukraine at the Architecture Biennale — among others.
