On the final day of the G7 Culture Ministers’ meeting, TG1 correspondent Francesca Capovani interviewed the honorary guest of the event — the Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine.
«Right now, Italy, France, and the United Kingdom are helping us. Some lost assets are irrecoverable. What we need to do now is to inventory the destroyed heritage. The USA and UNESCO experts have offered to assist in this. From the very beginning, people like my friend Alessandro Giuli have been dedicated to rebuilding Ukraine. Italy has taken on enormous commitments to restore Odesa. This is not only a necessity but also has an emotional component, as it allows us not to feel alone in this war,» emphasized Mykola Tochytskyi.
