“Since russians are looting Ukrainian museums, at least in Europe it is possible to impose arrest on russian cultural centers, cultural heritage, which are presented at European exhibitions. I consider, it is fair,” said Oleksandr Tkachenko.

Mariya Gabriel, EU Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, and Martin Baxa, Minister for Culture of the Czech Republic, also spoke to the press in Brussels. They assured that Europe will continue to help Ukraine, in particular Ukrainian artists, and support Ukrainian cultural heritage.
