On March 17, Andrii Nadzhos, Deputy Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine for European Integration, met with Asier Santillán Luzuriaga, Head of the Rule of Law Section at the EU Delegation to Ukraine.
They discussed opportunities for cooperation in strategic communications and ways to support Ukrainian media and protect freedom of speech.
“Supporting media, particularly regional outlets, remains a top priority for the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications”, emphasized Andrii Nadzhos.
He also invited the EU representative to participate in the upcoming Kyiv Stratcom Forum and stressed the importance of developing the media sector.
Ihor Solovei, Head of the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, was also present at the meeting. He shared an overview of the Center’s work and highlighted the need for continued cooperation with international partners to strengthen Ukraine’s information security.
