The International Fund for Cultural Diversity is accepting project proposals for financial support

The International Fund for Cultural Diversity (IFCD), established under Article 18 of the 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, has announced a call for project proposals for financial support.

Eligible applicants include:

• Government bodies/institutions; 

• Non-governmental organizations (non-profits working in culture or related fields); 

• International non-governmental organizations (non-profits in the cultural or related sectors, registered in countries that are Parties to the 2005 Convention).

IFCD-supported projects aim to drive structural change in society by:

• Developing policies and  strategies that directly impact the creation, production, distribution, and access to a wide range of cultural goods, services, and activities; 

• Strengthening the human and institutional capacities of the public sector and civil society organizations working to support regional cultural and creative industries.

Funding available: Up to 100,000 USD.

Project duration: 12–24 months.

Language of application: English or French.

Application deadline: May 21, 2025.
