Born on June 7, 1994, in Lviv region, Ukraine.
Education:
Graduated from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (2015) and a Master’s degree in Sociology (2022).
Professional Experience:
2014–2025 – Analyst, expert, and project manager at the Cedos think tank;
2015–2019 – Editor and head of the Ukrainian urban platform Mistosite;
2018–2019 – Project manager and curator of the Ukrainian Urban Forum;
2019–2024 – Director of Cedos. Under his leadership, the organization expanded its activities in the fields of local development, culture, social and housing policy.
In 2024, he oversaw the implementation of the Community reBuilding project, which won the New European Bauhaus Prize. He also represented Cedos as a national expert for Council of Europe projects in Ukraine.
He worked extensively on research related to urban development, local governance, housing policy, civil society, and social issues.
Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
Since September 25, 2025, – Deputy Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine.
