State Secretary

Born on August 4, 1982, in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region.  

Education: Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Institute of International Relations, with a Master’s degree in International Law; also studied at the Netherlands Institute of International Relations Clingendael.

He began his diplomatic career in 2005 as an Attaché in the Department of Special International Legal Issues of the Treaty and Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

From 2007 to 2009, he worked in the Main Service of Information Policy of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine.

From 2009 to 2011, he served at the Consulate General of Ukraine in Varna, Republic of Bulgaria.

In 2011, he worked at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Slovak Republic.

From 2011 to 2012, he served in the Press Office of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine.

From 2012 to 2022, he held various positions at the State Company for Export and Import of Military and Dual-Use Products and Services “UKRSPEСEXPORT”.

From 2022 to 2024, he worked in the Department of International Security and Military-Technical Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

On October 10, 2024, he was appointed as the State Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine.
